Sky Tallman

Urban Planner

Sky Tallman, AICP has spent the last several years as the planning director for the City of Trinidad, CO and as the Land Use Director for Huerfano County, CO. As Land Use Director, he worked closely with consultants on an update of the Huerfano County Comprehensive Plan. He is has also worked on Park County Colorado’s comprehensive plan and has done extensive community outreach. His experience with working with the unique challenges and development patterns in rural communities and small towns is a vital asset to the Hamlet Planning team.

James oversees the company's public presence, branding, and social media accounts. A detail-oriented Urban Planner with a strong educational background from Washington State University in Landscape Architecture and Project Management. Chris’s professional career has had different paths working both in Canada and the United States.
